I am currently booking Virtual presentations for December 2023 and anytime in 2024. I have created a 45-minute slideshow which I present live on Zoom, showcasing some of the surviving quilts along with archival photos of the domestic charitable work on the home front. It’s amazing how things can gravitate from one area to another so easily, and before you know it, you have an entire pile of things that simply need to be put back where they belong.I welcome the opportunity to share my research about Canada’s Forgotten Wartime Quilts and their importance in consideration of war history, women’s work and quilting. It might even help with the missing mojo - who knows?
